Lead Director salary?

Is anyone in a Lead Director role at Aetna willing to share the typical salary range and incentive % for this position?

@vr also you’ll make more with legacy Aetna teams. The compensation culture of the old Aetna is much more in touch with reality than legacy CVS where it is “why should we pay you more!?” Legacy Caremark teams are still a thing. They will pay you more at hiring but then they will never move anyone up the ranks outside of small clubs,

Usually around $170k plus around $40k equity grant and 20% bonus. Depends on the role and dept. Premium pay grade LD’s are advertised much higher but the reality is that they are often budgeted and offered to much closer to the non premium LD’s

@OP ,
When I was a LD at Aetna I started at 120k , on the low end, and was making 150k within three years. I believe that range tops out at 210ish. Bands are so wide as to be useless in predicting individual compensation. Incentive (stock options) varies by your agreement, mine was 40k. Incentive for MIP was 20%. The other poster gives good advice to look at what is posted on Heartbeat for specific current market value and incentives. Best of luck should you earn the position. I ducked out when Tim took over. His leadership is lacks direction and integrity. Generous as the comp was, it wasn’t worth putting up with him.

If you're employed at CVS/Aetna you can find all salary ranges.
