Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Salary of Lead Business Execution Consultant

Hi everyone, interviewing for this role (in Charlotte) later this week. Job announcement had no salary listed, so anyone know a range? New to Wells Fargo, so no clue. Thank you!

Good luck on your interview. The recruiter may give you an idea of what they plan to offer during your first interview. If they don't, just ask them what they estimate for the role and explain it wasn't included on the posting. Ask if there is an estimated annual bonus percentage also, so that you can take that into consideration. If you receive an offer, they will offer you the salary amount at that time. I would recommend countering at 10-15% over what they offer you.

@OP I’ve never seen a Lead be hired externally. They’re usually promoted from within the team since they already know the job. Then they’ll replace the lower position. If not within the team, then someone within WF for system knowledge and access. They want to do as little as possible for the transition. Not saying it’s not possible if you have the experience but don’t get your hopes up.

So you want to join this pathocracy we have here at Wells Fargo. Or you probably haven't been sold the real Wells Fargo. If you want to enhance your career go elsewhere.

$120K for sitting on teams calls all day saying buzzwords.

They generally hire at 10% below midpoint. Range is 96-170 or something. Get as much as you can because raises su-k. And ask for bonus targets. Some divisions have much better bonuses.

Op. People on this site are WF employees or victims of WF abusive layoffs, firing or treatment. IMHO...It is completely ridiculous that WF is even hiring. So do not expect kindness when you are on a layoff page.

Maybe you can’t read very well … I don’t work at WF. Never have. Work for another bank.

Continue being clueless, come back when AI displace you or your manager fires you.
