Think you're annoyed with just RTO? Buckle up, they're starting to install keystroke and tracking software on your laptops folks. Weather you're in office or dodged the bullet and get to work from home... Big Brother Demcheck wants to make sure you're in compliance for those glorious 8 hrs of work... you cant make this stuff up.

Yes, I have heard about the tracking as well. They are going to look at where you’re connected to Wi-Fi and see how long you’re online. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re doing it already.
It tracks all you do, what sites you're on, what software you're using. It says if you're in productive work or non productive so no scrolling through websites or typing away on blank docs. The bigger issue now is all the contractors being brought in to replace everyone as they build their AI to replace people all together.
@bt6 If you haven't got it yet and you will. It tracks everything you're in and how long you're in there. If you're in something non productive it will show. That being said they're also replacing pnc employees with contractors and by that I mean bring in 2 or 3 over seas employees and drop 2 or 3 pnc employees
Cool. I'll be typing all kinds of stupid shi.t into a notepad
@OP Are you referring to the software Verint? Back office has already had this implemented for well over a year. Or are you talking about something new in addition to that?
@an everyone in the organization is affected by this. It doesn’t matter which department or what role you’re in. You will be monitored.
Adding my experience from a past bank, they may use ip location monitoring to ensure Enough time is spent in the office to qualify as a full day (6 hours).
@an its ready starting in Departments... right now they are selling it as a tool to monitor how they can help production levels more even and fluid... a "Pilot". We aren't dummies... lol. They trained us to think for ourselves... they're crazy if we cant see thru the bull$hit
When is it rolling out. Are tech employees affected? Not that it matters working 60 hrs a week already.
