The policy has dropped
If you’re a current OT employee, the policy for office-based employees has already been updated on HR’s Work Arrangement Policy page and you can go look for yourself. I’m told an email with more details for office-based and virtual is coming today, but since I haven’t seen it yet, I won’t comment on any changes for virtual employees.

If they're still with opentext, we're not getting full emails or full receipts.
But, in this case, the move is already fairly speculated. OT is just not in a good place rn. No one, outside or in is getting fooled. Realistic speculation is going to get more attention than blatant fakes.
Leaks come and go, take care of yourself anyway. Healthy skepticism/critical thinking is valid rn.
Virtual employees are not being fired. While won't be hired and if your on the bubble I can see at risk but if you bring value I don't see it be a move or submit resignation. Half my team is virtual due to closed offices.
