The Polish National Catholic church has 50 day RTO? So thats just about every sunday.
50 days, wow!, wish we had that. 50 days a year divided by 260 working days in a year, roughly 20%. So they have to go in one day a week? Now that’s a policy that makes sense!
Oh gee wiz, wow!! ONE new company moved to 5 days RTO to force attrition, BREAKING NEWS!!! It’s been over a year and we can add one to the handful of us. Really reaching with this one. Not even a related industry. Dork.
“Back to work, boys!
See you on the morning commute!”
You are talking to females named Karen on these boards, not men
@cd show us on the doll where Stankey touched you, and what he promised you in return for licking his boots. You’re pathetic.
Yeah. You go ahead and wait patiently by the coffee for our chat. Don't give up early.
Lol...
If WFH was so easy to get, go get it!
Oh wait...yall just complain on here nonstop because RTO is actually industry standard.
Whelp...See you on the morning commute! We'll chat by the coffee.
Verizon and T mobile still hybrid/remote and they are both beating us more now than before. So industry standard is remote. 2 > 1 and especially when they are winning the battle.
@bb hey baldo blower. Show me on the doll where Stankey touched you. You’re pathetic.
@aq finance industry standard, yes. Telecom/Tech. Not even close. Over 90% in our industry are WFH or hybrid. We are one of the only ones doing 5x8
Nothing but a layoff. Make no mistake this is not a standard of any kind and certainly not an “industry standard” over 80% of companies still operate in a fully WFH or hybrid model. @OP is really reaching with this one as if it means anything to us.
PNC is a bank that is not our industry. Tell me when another telecom moves to 5 days because they won’t
Back to work, boys!
See you on the morning commute!
Soft layoff, control, micromanagement, slavery, no freedom = RTO
Industry standard.
