For those given this with no prior performance issues, curious to know what they claim was the reason? Im hearing a couple bs explanations which we all know are just that

@hs seriously? I saw someone else on here a few weeks ago say they got marked below for not doing enough overtime. Overtime that wasnt even mandatory

@a4 yeah a ton of people on my team were changed and it was done between mgmt and HR.

Manager’s manager went into Oracle and changed the whole team’s ratings. No comments received in YE review, and or-l feedback was extremely vague and not actionable. Our manager pushed back but was overruled. All mid years were meets. So done with this place!
@OP The past is not necessarily indicative of the present. Equally, you may have just met for several years but in your latest pmp, you get exceed. Are you going to call that BS as well?
