Was this the job that they fired all the metro people from and replaced them with store managers who complained about their career path?
@fa Highly doubt that Sr Managers are needed in the Express channel.
Underperforming RDMs is interesting what is classified as underperforming? They are just a support partner to ARs. I know RDMs who are the hardest workers in the channel but have ARs who can't buy inventory to make sales for months so look bad on ULB and also know RDMs who never do jack sh-t or their visits but ranked top 10% because they have the best AR in their territory lol
My guess is RDMs is based on high salary and geography/door count Sr Managers will most likely be consolidated but not all of them let go
just heard that all Senior Managers and under performing RDMs will be cut
@aa oops. Didn’t see the title. Just the question. I don’t even know what an RDM is , appears only 321 people do. My numbers were for the entire enterprise. Apologies.

@OP not sure anyone truly knows. I've heard only those under 13 stores. I've also heard only the top 20% in salary.
