@j7 "I am an AVP...and have been for years!" Stagnant and delusional. The jokes on this page write themselves.
@hd You know what a-hole... I'm an AVP. Have been for years. I am smart and good at what I do. I earned my title with hard work and dedication. I'm not sure what your issue is, but please do not lump all AVPs together and make unwarrented assumptions about us. I'm not saying SunTruist is the greatest place to work, but you are petty and bitter and need to get a life. Better yet... quit!
@OP And? Look at who is on the board of Truist and what companies they do or did work for. But this an issue? You're jumping on a buzz word that amounts to "company bad" and nothing else.
Every large corporation is. Long past time for people to wake up to what many like Patrick Wood have been warning about for decades
This is not new
@hd He saw RTO and pounced. No context needed. Loud and wrong. hahaha
@ha What are you even talking about? That poster was not even talking about that, they were actually talking about how Truist could be using Palantir. You clearly must be an AVP, you only get that role by not being able to read or comprehend. I. d. i. 0. t. GET OFF THE SITE IF YOU CAN'T READ!!!
@h5 Imagine having to work in an OFFICE from 8:30 to 5 like a regular job that you would have been doing before the "science" lockdowns. Stop whining. We are tired of it. Don't like your job? LEAVE
Of course, Truist would work with ICE app developers after shuffling everbody back into the office like a hog pin trap. That might explain the push for mandatory RTO. Imagine being at work and raided on a random Tuesday because you're there all 5 days. Crazy.
Makes sense. Any idea for how long?
Sounds G-y

Does this partnership get rid of the unnecessary tech teams, and unskilled middle managers that hold a SVP title with no other skillsets but gathering reports from their reports? If so, welcome.
