There are a lot of “small” appointees that wouldn’t make it at a real company. Hence why they will try and take down whoever they can that pose a threat to them.

Department would of been fine if there were competent leaders.
I think LCC was cut because there managers approved OT and they used it.

@br clearly you are not busy at all. You stay on this forum. I find that very interesting. I also find it confusing as to how you feel you knew anything about an LCC position. LCC was not a call center baby. The position was not solely a sales position. I think you may be a little confused. And are you ok? I mean like really ok. Where is your anger coming from. Are you suffering in some way that we as a group can help you? Do you need to talk about what really is bothering you? There is an underlying factor that seems to have you in a terrible mental condition. I worry for your mental health. I cannot imagine what root problem could have you so consumed with the LCCs that would cause you to be so focused. I hope you are ok.

@ae let’s get some facts. Your department was underperforming before mother bear came over. It was more than flawed. OB and RIS performance is triple your teams performance with less reps. To talk bad about Mother bear and Zo like this is appalling. The LCC team was given plenty of chances. I’m never for anyone losing their jobs but to bash someone who gave you an opportunity on top of putting their neck out for you speaks a lot about yourself. I’ve checked your teams numbers from the past two years. Every team was doing just new installs and your team was doing both new installs and upgrades. You could not even place more orders than RIS OB. So think about that deeply. Your team could not even place a single order correctly. The channel support team had to fix over 300 orders that your team placed. Was there some good from the LCC? Yes but it did not outweigh the bad. There’s more in the background that was being done that you don’t know about because other people fixed your issues. You couldn’t even email the right departments after being repeatedly told to go to your supervisor so they can send you to the right place.

Frankly, I’m glad it’s over. The Cheese has been paring down the department since she got here and turned something somewhat flawed into a doomed to fail project. Then she quietly goes back to outbound and keeps her job while everyone loses theirs…
