What's the Vz USA policy , is porting out of corporate cell numbers our allowed at exit?
International employees are told that it's policy that numbers can be ported out if you can prove you ported your number in when you joined.

@OP If you’ve been laid off and you had concession line(s), you need to fill out the form in your severance package to transfer them to your personal account. After that, you can do whatever you want with them including porting to a different carrier.
