@OP correct

“ 3. Disclosure of Log Data
We never sell log data to third parties.

Although we strive to preserve the privacy of our visitors, there are situations in which we are faced with the issue of log data disclosure.

3.1 Legal Situations
As we are bound by applicable laws, we may disclose log data in order to comply with a legally enforceable subpoena, warrant, court order, or other judicial or administrative order.

3.2 Emergency Situations
Situations involving potential threats to personal safety may arise. Upon evaluating these situations in good faith, we may disclose log data.”

It really depends on what you mean by “safe.”

If you’re posting from your own device and network, it’s about as safe as any public forum. Probably even safer than most since there’s no sign-up, so they’re likely only logging basics like IPs. But if you’re super paranoid, you can always use a VPN.

Forums like this typically don’t disclose user data unless legally required to do so via a subpoena or court order, usually tied to serious legal issues (e.g., threats or other major violations).

If you’re on a company device or network though, assume it’s not safe and don’t post.
