Just work as prescribed 9-5 M-F. A lot of you took advantage and worked between morning golf and afternoon tennis times timeslots after Covid and forgot what working normal hours are. Many canceled daycare and started bringing your older kids to and from school on company time. Human nature to do so but welcome back to collaboration and teaming up in the office. Has been done for over a century. You had to abuse the freedom, didn't yall?

@av you complain and yet you stay. Leave!
@OP get back under that executives desk on your knees where you belong, bootlicker.
Get TF back to the office before I send your job to IND1A for 10% of your salary. If the job can be done remotely in the posh suburbs of NJ then it can be done from a clay shack in a developing country.
This post obviously brought to you by a troll who never really worked at Verizon.
Those of the us who were actually there remember working maintenance window during the night then showing up to the office in the morning, and putting in much more than 40 hours but not getting overtime because we were “exempt”.
Yes, absolutely, nothing says “efficient” like commuting to an office so you can Webex with people in another state. lol
@cc
Can't do maff?
starting at 9a, your day ends at 6p. It is ripoff artists like you that are sinking the company
@c9 you know what happens when you assume...... 🙄
@OP
9-5 shorts the company an hour a day. Are you submitting false timesheets?
Pretty much at the level that Verizon is doing by us. Matching energy, isn't that all the rage with the cool kids nowadays?
@bv feel free to spell it "dilapidated" next time
Can a moderator remove post from this OP user? This forum is for layoffs related issues. He/she. Seems to be one of those unionized techs sitting whole day at a depilated site with nothing to do....geeezz....please remove any post not related to what we are here for
You post pretty much the same post about RTO every week or two then reply to it several times. It’s getting boring now
@at you seem defensive about the comment. speaks volumes
@OP why post, what keeps you up at nights?
Do you have a vested stake, as continuing to be gainfully employed, or concerned about being RIFed, or just insane seeking attention, or to provoke/promote further anxiety to individuals wanting to keep our Verizon jobs?
@a9 so what is the precursor to being RIFed????????
Doing the right by a Verizon employee??
Cheating by a Verizon employee??
Or no difference, by doing the right professional daily duty or cheating???????????
So sour
one thing is certain- many VZ employees not doing right by Verizon
@a7 work from home bbq or sausage fest? we all know which one you prefer
@a2 durning our next work from home barbecue meet we will have a toast to your post before your heart attack
@OP yeah but, verizon wanted us home based for a very long time and continue. Don't hate your not part of the in.
So confident in your post you had to post it literally all over this forum.
agreed OP. imagine working on a team where the most leaders all lived multiple hours aways from the office, and hired underlings in similar circumstances. then the leaders encouraged people to violate the RTO policy or supported it. the entire leadership team at Verizon should be laid off
