@ag My goal is before my kids go back to school in august at latest, but Ill be looking here very shortly. The June RTO will be a paycut for me after being HBA for almost 10 year. I'm not going to be able to do 2hrs of traffic a day, old car, and deal with school pickup while my wife already has a job with lengthy commute, travel, and face to face client meetings at the end of the day. The WAH system has really been the only thing that has kept me here for so long and has always kept me from asking for more money when I get sc--wed over at review time. Knowing that the GPs and higher ups malociously are doing this 4 days RTO to get rid of us is really showing their true colors. After we were fully remote firm for almost 4 years, had record profits, bragged about how well we adjusted and how happy everyone was. But no, a handful of psychotic jackoffs at the top couldn't just leave it alone, so we started outsourcing, layoffs, RTO, and now micro managing RTO badge swiping. All to get us to quit, as if we are the problem. No, it couldn't be an outdated business model, horrible marketing strategy, busted janky tech, reckless spending on stupid sh1t, and GPs acting like greedy parasites. No, it's not that, it's the level 7-9 HBAs making 65k a year shoveling sh1t day in and day out for a company that hates them that is apparently the problem for the east coast clique` in charge now.
