Like an inverted pyramid Gainwell will topple soon if this trend of VPs continue. Some join as Directors and within 6-8 months turn into VPs.
Very dangerous trend - better watch out and quit if you can afford to ASAP!!

I don’t really understand the downvotes for comments saying that people should quit and leave Gainwell.
Really is there any positive to staying employed at Gainwell?
I'd have to agree that Gainwell is top heavy. Then considering that the managers tend to be lazy and inefficient, and all about control through chaos and information-limiting to maintain their positions.

@OP Agree that you should quit as soon as possible. Nothing but distance from Gainwell will help.
