I am trying to sign and it says invalid agreement id. How do i go about it? I thought we had 45 days from last day on payroll.

You will have forty-five (45) days from the date you receive your Severance Agreement and Release or until forty-five (45) days after your last day worked, whichever is later, to
consider signing it.

I believe it's 45 days from the date it becomes available which is 15 days prior to termination. Even then, you are not beyond that. There should be an email address for the severance team somewhere in your paperwork. If not, go through HR answers to report the issue you are having.
