I’m exhausted and nowhere near retirement. Leaving feels impossible after investing this much time, but staying isn’t easy either. Sometimes I wish the decision would just be made for me.

@OP Then look for a new position in a new company. It will su-k if you're in the meat markets of either WA or KS because there are too many chasing too few jobs, but you already made that choice to be in bo-m-bust city.
What department are you in? I'm in operations and can tell you it's not better here. Heard tfb support might be ok but who knows
It’s ok to be overwhelmed. Modern life makes us all sick eventually. Choose yourself and look for other income streams
