Curious if anyone has any actual intel on the remote workforce strategy? I’m not looking for passive aggressive comments on speculation. I’m trying to get ahead of my own planning. If there’s anyone on here who has some intel, please do tell! I’d prefer what’s next not to be a surprise also.

Move to mortgage or vendor services- they don’t have to worry about all this nonsense. They are working remotely at all levels and no one says a word.
@ek it is HR policy that anyone who is grade 13, 14 or 15, they get avp.
Grade 16 and 17 vp.
@ah your boss is lying. hr here and there is no plan to change from 3plus days. There a huge scrutiny for sr leader ( which is SVP and above) to be in office. Remote is not an option for this co anymore.
@d2 I’m a 16 and 17 is considered Assistant Director in our division
A pay freeze? I welcome that lawsuit.
Since I know nothing about their pay grades I just use this logic. SVP and above is Senior Leadership (strategic decisions are made at these levels), EVP and above is Executive Leadership (a visionary is supposed to hold this position but ... )
@d1 lots of people have different opinions.
Some think it's 17 and up where directors start
Some think it's 18 where SVP starts
Some think it's 20 where you're an executive not a director
And then some think it's 22 where EVP starts
What is considered "senior leadership"? SVP (grade 18) and above?
@OP The answer is no.
@ay Prayer works. I asked God to whoop all their as--s hard. My prayers all come true.
This fu--ing bank su-ks . I hope they push everyone out so that the svps and evps no longer get bonuses and meet quota. We all know without rank and file workers they would make no profit.
@aw I’ve heard the same from an EVP. No mentions of increased in office time.
I have heard rumors that senior leadership is expected at 4+
@ah I report to an EVP. He said there are no current plans for more at this point.
@ah Where are they planning on fitting all of the employees in the already congested hubs? We have about 1.5 person to a cube now and one hub.
@ah Whelp that'd be the end for me. Not doing that.
@ah Someone tell HR to open more suburban hubs then cause commuting to large cities from suburbs is not a way to live. Signed suburban employee.
@ah (OP here) Thank you for the insights!
The plan is 100% in office. I am a manager of a team of 8-10 engineers and heard it from my boss (SVP). He says we are going to 4 days at the start of Q2 next year. Remote workers are going to be "strongly encouraged" to move to a hub site. He wasn't sure how that would be implemented but there was talk of a permanent pay freeze for remote employees.
