Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

MS, are you worried you broke the law?

You have employees in FL, after all. You fired employees there for not taking the jab.

Employers can fire employees in Florida for not being vaccinated, provided they allow exemptions for specific reasons or the employee agrees to periodic testing, and/or the employee agrees to use employer provide protective equipment. The 2021 Florida Covid employer law isn't all or nothing.

Maybe he'll go along with the bait and switch, and require everyone to be "up to date."
And then fire more people for not doing as they were told.
But let's face it, you will all get down on your knees and do as instructed, no matter what.

@OP, I’m really sorry to disappoint you, but when it comes to layoffs every management always has a bunch of lawyers going through every legal angle before doing a cut. You may try to sue them in case they missed something, but it’s a long shot.
