@bd it’s obviously Voluntary hence the V in VSPP! But the Voluntary part still didn’t stop people from complaining and bi--hing that the company wasn’t offering enough money! 🤨

It’s mostly likely that the Days of Enhanced VSPP are over…motivation for the offers are different..they aren’t interested in bribing people to leave,

There is no more Dividend to be paid out to the shareholders. They just want people gone.. so between Christmas and new years they might just implement massive ISPP across several job titles.. that would give them their 90days so that the folks who aren’t going over to Network CO are off the payroll before the second Quarter!!
