I'm on my 4th manager in about 12 months. Two of them were laid off just in 2025. I'm taking odds to see if I'll be let go or my manager before the year is done. No matter how hard I work they pile up the work and expect more. It is a system designed to fail as we can't meet the customer demands.

Rather than fix silos SD made hunger games. Instead of cooperation, it's whoever can sell the client first. People tripping over each other to sell and Optum AI sales was RIF'd themselves from microsoft. Angering clients and pi----g off the old guard of growth/markets, who will be trimmed in Q1.
We could drive external revenue but SH and SD are doubling down on accounting tricks. Any potential is ripped: old CPO is out for a new "services and product" chief over her head. The new CPO got a golden parachute from UHC and will make sure UHC is focus #1 for Optum.
SD pi---d off the brand team and insists OI is now "Optum AI" because he wants his own Cr--ker Barrel moment. Existing products will be shuttered or sold off by the end of 2026 and we offer AI services. No one in OI product, growth, or ops are safe.
UHG directs what Optum does.Schemes: like them using the UR dept at optum to turn a profit. The VP announced how the CEO and her came up with a strategic plan to make profit. And how do u do that? By denying.
Nobody left who knows how to close any deals. 12/31 is not far out and we have lost or will lose huge customers. Company in one year has reverted to its nascent form of being a vendor to UHC. Everything and every other client seems to be gone or leaving. UHC will probably just swallow Optum entirely.

Keep following loudestwhistleblower ok TicTok for all shady goings on at Optum. The truth will come out on their business practices.
Turnover has been crazy. It has been non-stop waves of RIFs, regorgs, resignations, offshoring. Optum has to hit those offshore targets so the worst postition to be in is a U.S. citizen right now.
