Developing a checklist of what to do pretty quick. Remember if you have Electronic Distribution set for W2 and 1095-C, you need to go to payroll site and select TAX FORMS and then opt (radio button at bottom of page) to Revoke Electronic Distribution of EACH Form.

Get the paper form. Don’t rely on Verizon to let you correctly access anything after end of year. Been there, done that last year when we got riffed from chat , and voice friends the year before that.
What division/group of American workers are left to get riffed in Oct/Non 2026?
2023 Nearly all American voice call center employees, 3 weeks per year worked.
2024 Nearly all American chat center employees 3 weeks per year worked
2025 American chat employees who remained at VZW in new roles last year instead of taking the separation… plus some retail and management. Now only 2 weeks per year worked.
Why would you want to revoke electronic? You want to rely on USPS to get your forms to you in time??? @ae is correct

it's the same login as the severance info portal - VZID (computer login) and vzid+year of birth as password
@a9 Thanks for the tip -- I will read the FAQs too. I am so confused and doing too many things at once. Maybe I will re-enroll in Electronic -- maybe not. I am getting a little paranoid about 'my stuff' or 'stuff I am owed'. LOL.

There is an external site for former employees to access their tax forms. If you unenrolled in electronic, you will only get paper and cannot access electronic versions.
@a6 Now you can ... but those are NOT available until mid-January when we/I won't have access to Verizon payroll portal any longer.
Why? You can still access the forms online.
