I regret the moment I decided to join QCOM. My health is getting worse every day I spend here.
Leaving is not a simple decision. I have been here for a year. Jumping ships would me look unemployable and the job market su-ks anyways.
I feel trapped.

1 year is long enough. No one will question, especially when companies are laying off left and right new hires and experienced folks. Go get an offer and get out of that shithole!
You are not alone. Many competent people in Q feel that way. I was so disappointed at the arrogance of the managers and surprised at their limited analytical skills. I don’t know how they got over a thousand citations. Maybe the Q culture rotted their minds after staying for many years.
@OP Curious, what dept/group are you in? Look for another job and try your best to explain to future employer why you are leaving/unhappy. No doubt, you're between a rock and a hard place. Best of luck.
