Imagine not having a smooth rollout to this project after 13 months. Probably a lot more people rolling out after vcip based on how today went

@f5 came here to say that.
@ky to be safe, two weeks notice on day of deposit. Adjust if you don't care about the notice. I would not notify them of your decision before the money is in hand. Nothing legally preventing them from not paying out. Terminology is probably must be employed as of day ofbpayout" But remember it's discretionary, and I worry about a cr-p mamage making sure it doesn't get paid out if they know you're leaving.
Does anyone know when you can officially quit and still get VCIP?
The job market kind of su-ks now though. Not many places to go.
As smooth of a rollout as nxtgen…should we expect anything less?
Why is the same person posting messages and replying to themselves?
@e2 So you’re saying RL shouldn’t have got $23.6 million last year? /s
There would be more money for the workers if our CEO made less.
I you made the mistake he did, i.e., took your eye off the ball you would be gone.
It's time for him to retire and look for that next opportunity.
@dn I'm ay. Me too. Not the right approach.
@ay this is me.
@cb I had no plans to leave. Now I might.
Lots of people who just retired are rolling things now. Rolling pennies, rolling the barrel, rolling cigarettes, etc.
I'm 100% on my way out after being placed in a newly created group that will 100% be cut in the next reorg. At least I'm employed during the job search!
Very few people will leave post-VCIP given the trash job market. You’d be fortunate to secure a lateral move. Do a good job, save your money, and pay attention to your health and family.
Why would a person ever leave without a job in hand or without enhanced severance pay. Let’s face it we all have problems with our jobs but we do it for the money and the challenge. So don’t get frustrated with your job and quit. Just try to make it better.
Are there really that many who are going to leave? I have heard this before but there ends up being only a few who leave
@an imagine surviving just to be told you're being placed in a job you didn't have any say in.
@OP As one who was laid off...what did I miss?
As someone impacted today, I 1000% agree with you.
