Given the huge RIFs at Verizon does anyone know what the impacts will be for Frontier?

According to the agreement on 12/18/25 reached between NYSPUC, VERIZON @ NATIONAL CWA.(In order for PUC to approve). No layoffs for 3 years and they will be required to hire on more employees and eliminate contractors. As well as investments and other required builds.
Buy me out, I'm ready to go.
Expect impact, Verizon CEO is running the company like a startup. He doesn't want another 13K people joining the team.
Yea dude, EVERYONE at Frontier will be cut shortly after the deal closes. Everyone knows this.

Redundancy will not occur. Layer 2 Wireless backhaul etc. Major layoffs coming within 12 months. Find another job now!
At the very least I doubt if they keep 2 corporate staffs to do basically the same work.
Current Frontier team knows all ways to take profit from stock

So far no impacts I know of. Also they're buying the talent in Frontier I hope!
