Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Anyone see the VOE results yet?

I have heard that it was about the same as last year.
No faith in upper management, no clear direction etc….
Anyone see the results yet?

@wn BFT. However, numbers are down across the firm compared to 2024 which were not great numbers either during the "transformation" year.

What was the VOE done, finalized ? Early October ?

If yes, it MUST be worse that last year's. Citi has never been this late in talking about the VOE results.

Which department are you in ? Come on, you can tell us. In a company with 230,000 employees, it's unlikely anyone can figure out who you are.

Citi has a new ploy. For the managers or groups that got low or bad VOEs. HR is forcing mini-VOEs or additional VOEs to a "Select" small group of people according to the email. LMFAO!

Citi has its head so far up its AS$ it has Sh!t for br@!ns. The "Select" group of Svckers is only 10 to 20 people. And so, it's easy to figure out who said what. Citi is trying to catfish Svckers and trying to figure out who said what on the main VOE based on if the employees used the same phraseology or verbiage.

It's an absurd time wasting exercise because it's so transparent and obvious what Citi is trying to do. But then this is the only thing Citi is good at......wasting Shareholder money and time.

C14 here, team lead of a above aaverage team size. I did well on the VOE, as I defend my team against just plain stupidity. Executive management fared well, not great. My manager & next level got savaged. Talking their scores were 20 percentage points below the global average. Funny part was their reaction, first of surprise, then anger. Morale is low, but nothing will change as management is vindictive and clueless.

@pj How can that be, when a particular manager's name is not directly on there. I guess the only way that can happen is if if these results are aggregated which means someone knows who's voting for what to aggregate this. Even if automated aggregation, someone knows the algorithm unless it's aggregated by SOEID which is logged when clicking the survey link

guess some teams may care? ~ last year I overheard from our skip manager that our direct manager's got the lowest vs his peers and was asked to take actions to improve. Finger crossed that he keeps his lowest score this year again.

No point of being honest,I have been and gave the lowest for my ahl manager, there's no action is being taken for that ( it's not only me , multiple team members have done for the same guy.

@hd And they're scared because they know it's not anonymous. And to what end is the VOE anyway? Jane is not the least bit interested in anyone but stockholders. And stockholders aren't the least bit interested in employees. The opposite - employees are a drain on the bottom line.

The reason the VOE is BS is because employees are scared to be honest. In some orgs managers are impacted when their VOE comes back bad.
