Another Verizon setback is on the horizon. Cuts are being made without collaboration with leadership that is directly involved in the work. Not the slightest idea of who does what and their job function. Dan starts his vision by taking 10 steps back, and it will take many years to get back to where we are at the moment. While AI is the future, it often produces inaccurate results and information that is not even relevant to the data sets it has been instructed to review, summarize, and recommend. Can't wait to witness the lawsuits and chaos it produces.Well deserved to the leadership that is blind to the way systems and technologies are currently working!

@OP So AI is all I hear about, the new Buzz word. Let’s start top down AI, only have a governance board and have a Virtual CEO and Senior VPs that are AI think of all the money saved. AI Hans would have saved us 24m a year and been programmed to get that share price up by working 24x7x365…If AI replaces low lying workers why not higher. Its all decision based at that level anyway..crazy that is what we are heading to..nuts.
They really don't care, they just want an ability to cash in options, take the $'s, and run. Also they take care of some "friends" along the way by giving them high-paying jobs.
Corporations have been ruined, top levels are incestuous, just like IT is now the "2nd largest population of the world countries" personal mafia.
Long term value is gone, when most people lose their job nobody will buy the cr-p they're trying to sell with their AI driven cost savings "companies."
I was just saying this to someone else. This isn’t PayPal this is an unrealistically complicated company that doesn’t have an easy pathway to integrate anything. The level of effort to do on the surface simple things like changing a price, speed, or new equipment is so time consuming and expensive your head would spin. Dan doesn’t have the slightest idea that when you take out the folks that have the experience you extend how long it takes to make changes.
