I started working at Fleetmatics, and after the acquisition, I continued my employment under Verizon Connect through today. I’m trying to understand how severance eligibility is calculated.
Does anyone know whether my years of service at Fleetmatics will also be counted toward my total service time for severance purposes? Thanks!

Go to about you homepage, click on your face at the top right, then “see directory profile”. Wait for the page to load, scroll to the bottom. What does the years of service say?
@OP yes. I know someone who started in wireless, went to connect for about 4 years and had gone back to wireless earlier this year. The role got eliminated like a month in and they took severance. Connect years were included.
