@c6 What they offered is the legal minimum that they would have to pay in any case. It is a starting offer from the HR side. They expect you to negotiate something higher that's why they start by a low offer. But don't worry, you can still negotiate, since french law gives you 15 calendar days to retract your agreement to a rupture conventionnelle, once you give it.
You can legally tell them you changed your mind and retract your agreement, via lettre recommandé with avis de réception.
Please, consult with a lawyer specializing in work law and get in touch with your CSE employee representatives. The CSE can help you as they have the legal status to consult you and also accompany you in all meetings with the company representatives, if you want to.

@bg when you say mutual termination

You have just accepted 3 months notice pay and leaves? Or what made you to accept? What happens if you do not accept what they offer?

@c0 What is gratuity? Haven’t heard of it before.

@c4 I think I made a mistake too.

Based in Paris. Manager and HR asked me and three other teammates to accept mutual termination. We are full remote employee and I took it and so did the two other teammates.

@OP French employees will not know until discussions with work councils will come to an end, so likely not before early next year. So you're potentially on the list but you're manager won't be allowed to tell you!
