Thread regarding Broadcom Corp. layoffs

What’s up with this page? Flooded with ESG posts?

ESG seems to be the most popular division at Broadcom. I don’t see any other division discussions here.
Quarter after quarter, shameless ESG is always below the line of doom, like a parasite hogging the host.

The Manager/ Director problem isnt just synonymous with ESG, it is all divisions.

@OP the Directors and above are the real masterminds here in ESG, crafting the narrative with precision. After all, when you’ve got quarterly vesting and a mountain of RSUs cushioning you, why not turn team sacrifices into company strategy?

The problem with ESG is the managers / directors. They are the most useless and still there resting and vesting. The sad part, is the engineers always impacted while the useless manager sit and vest. that is a shame that nobody sees it.

Maybe because that division is the one in trouble and this web site is called the Layoff so those people are more likely to be here. It's not complicated and you're just mean spirited a--holes.

Looks like ESG’s taking “Legends never die” to heart — soon they will be gone from real life to the pages of a comic book!
