When will TRP outsource retail account servicing like they did for their workplace retirement and 529 businesses? Seems like they could be more profitable as a pure asset manager with less overhead.

@OP possible. Outsourced vendor tech I think is getting better and better with AI

@OP Retail IT is a dumpster fire of incalculable cost and architectural complexity. God help any 3rd party vendor that takes that on.
