There seems to be a big RIF coming. Not sure exactly who’s impacted but seems like there’s going to be a lot. Today was the last day HR submitted it in their “RIF Tracker”. Goodluck yall.

What is the confirmation exactly? And how are the layoffs being determined? Is it eliminating teams? Low performers? Starting with remote only and moving from there? And when are announcements? So many questions. And the lack of transparency su-ks here.
This is very stressful. just bought a house. Can’t sleep can’t eat.
Will this be announced on the Q3 earnings call on November 4?
As a member of the design org, this is very disappointing. I've been here for 3+ years. There is no stability here. It mentally messes with your head and I have no desire to play the part. Their values and goals are laughable.
Yes they are still hiring people at labs and AI platform so would make zero sense to lay them off.
Maybe design ? Has been inflated a long time and now that Charlie is not there (seems like he was fired ? Does anyone know ?) it’s a good time to remove the excess of people
