2025 Success Bonus

Usually there is an email sent out around this time of year for progress on Success Bonus. If green or yellow or whatever. Anyone seen it? Any word from the suits on our bonus?

@ef you put widgets in a bucket. He pays for and gives you the widgets and the bucket. You don’t deserve the bonus.

Our bonuses is nothing compared to CEO’s. It is much more than his salary. We should have some.

Wait until the business insider article reports T couldn’t delivery on their yearly bonus for the first time that I can ever remember.

It will detail how the company advised its employees that it could not give bonuses after billions in stock buybacks and additional operating costs from an RTO initiative that destroyed a public utility thats been around over 100 years.

Using the word “success” with AT&T is an oxymoron.

You must have missed the Q3 earnings town hall. Stanks said operating costs are running higher than expected (well duh what do you think happens when you made everyone go back to an office) and we need to get tighter on the spending if we want to get a bonus. Then last week laid off some folks, followed by some more layoffs this week. We are expecting a large layoff again around 11/21. Leadership is also meeting to discuss 3 year plans over the next few weeks, so I expect we’ll hear about the next wave of relocations starting in Q1. they still need to layoff over 30k people to hit the target revenue per employee numbers.
