They let go of 3 of the specialty departments at my clinic on 10/29, at least they gave us until the of the year before they shut us don. A lot of folks weren't that lucky

How will one know where the doctors went so that we do not have to start over with a new doctor. Where or how does a patient know? This is a severely devastating situation especially dealing with one's health. When will one get official answers...at least that way one knows where to turn to.

If there are duplicate service in same local market or revenue is declining; expect more. Unfortunately clinics cannot operate on hope and prayer. Provide the best service you can for the patients. Grow the market and become the choice for the CMS members. It’s the only thing you can control.

Wellmed will be wound up by Q1 next year.. tech leaders fired, execs moved to new divisions.

Another thread says it was the entire outpatient case management team in North Texas including CTA, CA's (CAC), Nurses and management. I'm wondering if this will continue to other markets Outpatient teams as well.

@OP who were impacted? I saw Lee Trevino in El Paso closed. I wonder what this does for third party company wellmed hires- Carenet to handle all their calls and appointments.
