Checking in to see if all areas are like mine. Stuck now without the long term, valuable associates that knew their job, who were an asset to the company and now the rest of us are struggling to keep up with tasks that aren’t even in our job description and working with associates who are barely able to do the bare minimum of their job description. We were already overworked before VSP and now the ones that are still here are underpaid with more work than ever in hopes of maybe a 3% raise next year which isn’t even close to inflation rate. Feeling defeated at this point working for a company who has proven they don’t care about their employees.

The Place was a great place work to before the covid years. Thanks DK and BP for running it into the ground.
@OP I feel your pain. I know the job market at this time is not favorable and probably won't be any time soon. However, get your resume in order. Send it out everywhere and keep following up on jobs applied for. There is no incentive working for CF and worse, they do not care about you!!!! Salary? Over worked and under paid even prior to SVP. Vacation? Who has time to take it with never ending deadlines? Pension? No More. Retirement healthcare? No More. Besides your dedication to your job, what is it that you're working for? OK, your current salary and benefits, I get that. But beyond that, there are no long-term benefits to be gained. If you don't believe me, ask any retiree who now must go out and purchase their own healthcare.
BP’s battle cry - “Do more with less!” Less benefits Less money Less people and Less morale. “Lean in” people. Way to go ELT, there is zero confidence you guys will pull out of this one.
Yes. 100%
