This is not a shock. They're also going full on with AI chatbots (customer service, patient education), robotic surgery (hospital), telehealth (MD visits), generative content mgmt and creation (marketing), and replacing FTEs w CTEs.
All in line with HCA's commitment to their profit margin above all else.
