The Department of Homeland Security is taking public comments on a proposed change to H-1B visa rules. All Americans, please comment on the change by telling DHS you want the "complete termination" (use that phrase or something similar) of the H-1B visa program.

Loads of “fat to cut” from Gainwell - it is way beyond what is called top-heavy org. Actual doers are getting laid off every week.
Everyone working for Gainwell currently should be disgruntled. The leaders have ran the company into the ground for money. But they are about to be exposed. The next 2 years or so are going to be interesting for Gainwell. Massive debt coming due. Whistleblowers coming forward. Investigations.
I know people get triggered when someone says you should leave. But really that is the best advice here. Distance yourself from this company. You don’t want to be any part of it when all of this stuff comes to a head. You may even have a tough time finding a job if you wait because your name will be associated with Gainwell.
I know that it’s hard to admit that the company you work for is stealing from the government. But it’s true. And they are as unethical as they come.
Really it’s time to get out before it’s too late. You may have to take a lower paying job or something that doesn’t have a fancy title. But the sooner you can get out the better for you and your family.

Fire those VPs and so called directors and so called managers under them such a waste of money . Useless . How are they even helping the organization ? Why so many managers ? Wake up Mr CEO

@OP Ron Singh seems to be gone out of nowhere from Operations thank God. After he robbed my entire dept of their bonus system first of course.
The disgruntled people left or got jobs.
It's hard to get actual layoff/wfr news on the TheLayoff page for Gainwell. The ones getting let go don't post often.
