It looks like Mike is throwing everything at tanking results so he can have easier numbers to beat in 2026. He can blame Frank and Bob for everything in 2025. That is why the Board should of never brought in an outsider. Guy or Bob Hau should of been Frank's successor for exactly this reason. Meanwhile, shareholders are left holding the bag. Doyle and the Board should all be replaced. The only job of the Board is to get succession right and this is a F-!!

Bob was part of that whole scheme; he should be gone too.
Guy would be a horrible CEO, he is just as bad if not worse than Frank. Chris is probably still around so he can use the corporate jet where he goes and visits a client for an hour, then vacations for a week all paid for by the shareholders.
Pro Tip: If you drive a tank (Frank) through an organization like First Data or Fiserv, you end up with destruction. Economics take time to manifest, but driving to immediate speculative valuations at the expense of long term growth and revenue are manifesting this year. Of course, KKR is all behind this as well, because the tank isn't especially smart other than figuring out how to game the system.

Guy is too old, Bob was complicit at the very least in the inflated Clover numbers. They HAD to bring in an outsider to create distance from the disaster known as Frankserv. The model in place was not sustainable and about to cave in. Has zero to do with Mike.
