Are layoffs going to continue? So many folks were let go, and yet no official communication whatsoever.

@e3 oh but GBS has been told they're area won't be affected by the layoffs... can't understand why BDdidn't ask for volunteers or offer early retirement....
@dh GBS is a complete waste of space and IT organization that does absolutely nothing , red tape, poor processes, inflated titles, incompetent id--ts running around , business partners who know absolutely nothing about the business they represent but yet have big titles and fat pay checks.. get rid of BD IT outsource the whole damn thing might as well
What you kept behind is just garbage that achieves nothing. Tom has ruined BD it’s been on a downward spiral since he stepped foot .. Covid numbers weren’t because of his leadership it was due to a global pandemic without Covid he did nothing to advance bd . Acquisitions the size of his head that we still cannot manage to integrate .. let’s not forget the calamity of carefusion everything about MMS is a calamity consent decree for the pumps and now a warning letter for dispensing total and utter garbage. Arrogant California engineers with heads up their a** get out .. get sold and get lost .. thanks to tom the once highly respected and reputable BD has become the joke on the market.. how sad .. we cannot innovate how many years has that intelliport stupid product been under development???? We are slow as molasses .. competition caught up and customers found same quality and cheaper elsewhere thanks Tom bravo for ruining bd bravo.. u should be ashamed of ur career
@OP if you are going to be affected you will receive a meeting invite regarding organizational change that just has you, your manager and perhaps their manager and maybe an HR rep as invitees. These typically happen at 9 am on Thursdays.
@bb one saving grace is CFO is leaving as is head of commercial. Now they need to get after the insanity that is GBS and hopefully lose Pollen as well. Future is not bright
