How has everyones reviews gone? Seems a blanket no pay rise/promo/share situation even though its one of the best years we have had which is just disrespectful in my opinion.

RSUs are simply temporary raises. They just aren't paid biweekly but annually. Sure, you may get laid off or quit and lose it, but If you stay you get a temporary raise for a few years.
@eq Oracle just demonstrated they are willing to layoff and cancel outstanding RSUs. You can no longer count on that as a part of your total compensation package given what happened this time. Always ask your manager for a raise or bonus instead.
0 raise, 0 bonus, 0 RSU, still have O with a few hundred k unvested RSU that may not materialize
@bt I don't think anyone has a choice about salary or RSU.
They're probably told there is no money for bonus or salary increases.
They are also probably told that they should not discuss any RSU awards with anyone else.

RSU's at Oracle have NO value after they demonstrated in the most recent RIF they are comfortable cancelling all your RSUs. If you have a choice, tell your manager to give you the salary bump and bonus, give the RSUs to someone else on the team.
Netsuite gbu received RSUs.
ICs got between $3k and $40k and managers/directors got between $75-$120k.
Product had a lower RSU budget. Engineering was same.
I wasn't expecting raises or RSUs this year. But I will admit that the great RIF of 2025 caught me off guard.
@a2 RSU issued at the current high price will probably be worth much less when they vest.
I suspect many folks will not remain in a job long enough for all issued RSU to vest too.
@OP Reviews and performance ratings are pointless when performance isn't a factor considered in layoffs.
All the money and more is being spent on building more expensive data centers.

Fusion, North America, dev, IC5, performance rating 5: no raise, no bonus, double amount of RSU in comparison to previous years.
Just looking back at the past 3 years, Exceeds Expectations for each of the past 3 years and no raise for each of the past 3 years. We're all in the same boat.
