It does get old, but I get it. A lot of new people had to 5x8 starting last month. Some of us have been 5x8 for over a year now. I think we’ll hear about it until the dolts at the top figure out it’s actually hurting their bottom line and reverse course. But I don’t expect that to happen for a bit. They are slow learners and not the sharpest people. They didn’t get there by being smart, just good socialites and connections.
In my opinion RTO are related so posts here are appropriate. In most people's opinion RTO is just a thin disguise/way of avoiding layoffs which costs the company money. My 2 cents... you get what you paid for.
