Lawsuits over coming to work

Can't wait for half of this board to walk into the lawyers office and ask them to sue because they had to work an 8 hour day.

Those law suits will go nowhere. If you think they haven’t confirmed these polices with legal you’re awfully naive.

Company can require you work 8 hours a day and where you have to work. They can’t dock your pay of you work less due to not enough work. How they determine work and hours is another matter.

@OP, you are a complete incredulous ignoramus! The requirement to be onsite for 8 hours each RTO day is legal for both exempt and non-exempt employees in every state in the U.S. I personally don’t like the requirement but will happily endure it knowing that your pitiful self is suffering.

People aren’t complaining about working 8 hours. They are complaining about working 8 hours IN THE OFFICE.

The devil is in the details.

@OP

Having to spend any amount of time around you would be considered cruel and unusual punishment by any jury in the country.

Can't you find some boots to lick?
