@OP I am mentally abused each day by Ally executives that I hope that I am on the layoff list. I can barely get out of bed in the mornings and go to the ACC. They have turned me into their punching bag ever since their dr-g mule left and I refuse to be their dr-g mule. I will not commit crimes for those junkies.
Not surprised they’re laying off HR.
Recent Glassdoor interview updates have all mentioned the 1st rounds being AI video questions and replies.
It seems like they’re REALLY bitter about having to hire so much during Covid.
@hv what they did for the Jan layoffs is they moved those impacted on "garden leave" until March. You still get weekly paychecks and benefits but at the end of this leave you get cut and get your severance.
Can you explain the 'paid leaves given' comment. Are you referring to retirement offers?
