Has anyone’s manager successfully been able to transfer them from Hybrid to Remote? My manager said she’s in the process since I am the only team member in my location.

@OP Yes, my manager has. It is possible.
It’s likely not going to happen. The FAQ for RTO we got said that any changes have to be approved by someone directly reporting to the CEO of Optum or UHC. Even then it would be reviewed at the job family level which I take as not the individual itself.
