The moment Cenovus bought Husky, was when the death of Llyod Thermal died. Cenovus rerevoir enginers had it easy on a great reservoir in Cristina lake and foster creek. The Husky reservoirs whether Tucker,Sunrise or Llyod are challenging reservoirs and Cenovus engineers were acting like the wildwest with no worries of distroying wells for the sake of an elementary science projests. Cenovus love aquiring companies and keep raising an unqualified erngineers to managing positions; this is what happened with Husky aquisition where staff engieers were promoted to managers and senior managers to managesr staff and speciallist engineers and then conflict and knowledge deficiency followed by additional layoffs.

Lloyd Thermal, CU and CR were hired by the guy above N, the good old boys club hiring one another regardless of experience, now the buddies have roles they’re not qualified in. Thanks to Tucker and Edson connections, this company has taken two steps backwards since N took over. Bring on the package not fake news!

They forgot to get rid of the Edson connection in Thermal. Everyone of those guys, has no clue what they are doing. Just a bunch of friends, hiring each other and HR just allowing it. They are making Thermal unbearable to work for. Hopefully the SVP will realized how incompetent they are, before there is a mass exodus.
