I noticed a lot of leaders are at an on site this week. I also noticed Ben Line moved over to Optum on Sparq, but they haven’t announced it officially yet… This is for UHC Ops. anyone know what’s going on? Should we expect layoffs soon with all of this hush hush business going on?

@hj Heard rumor layoffs October 2 but not sure how true.
@OP Announements for the return to office supposed to be emailed to affected telecommuters on Monday, September 29. Heard either live within 30 miles and heard elsewhere within 30 minutes. Didn't realize it was a layoff tactic. Wonder if manager could/can have exceptions made. Hoping I should be good at 33 miles or 38 minutes.
They are bringing telecommuters in DC and MN back to office, so that they quit and so that layoffs in the coming months are easier
I was told by a leader I trust that layoffs are coming in Oct or Nov in E&I. And they're bringing more telecommuters back to the office so likely people will chose to leave because of that.
There is a big on-site because aep starts in a few weeks. Kind of a big time for ops, especially if they have anything to do with M&R.
