The move to Atlas implies to lo subttanital benefits like medical coverage or pension scheme... so it appears that the stragey is not to attract talent in the EOR'ed countries and only hire whre they have an entity.

CSG has selected Atlas as the employer of record for Norway, Finland, Denmark, Belgium for benefits, payroll, vacation. The lube is limited (the package)
