“We will start layoffs when last one ended”. Last CEO LR under SH. This is the reality of working here at Optum/UHG. If you haven’t figure this out, you haven’t been here long enough. Most do not make it to retirement. Be lucky if you have well funded cost center owners. If you do, with good business teams, you have have longer career

I’ve never known optum to do layoffs on a Friday.
