I used to feel confident but now I doubt myself every single day because of the favoritism and gaslighting here. Even as a top performer I’ve never felt so low about my work. It’s utterly exhausting trying to hold it together and I don’t know how much longer I can.

It’s time to land a new role. Treat getting a new role as your job. Lean on your network, use linked in, submit applications daily. There are other jobs out there. I recently landed a new role, it is a world of difference.

@OP you are not alone in feeling the way you do. A lot of people, including me, were brought to the brink of mental and emotional collapse. Take care of yourself and do not let this place destroy you. Take advantage of the 12 free mental health sessions and go see your primary. Stress can ki-l. You life is worth way more than this rotting carcass of a hellhole. And shame on the folks who posted useless and unhelpful comments.
When you cant get morning wood because of this place, that’s when you need a Dr to get you paid leave.
Hang in there. Your lining will shed in a few days and you'll be relatively stable for about 3/4th of a month.
Days off and not a second of overtime before or after work seems to do the trick lol
Stop burning yourself out and trying over achieve. End of the day, none of that matters. RV only cares about India and ensuring they have jobs and trying to be first bank to do AI to take the rest of them. He is not for americans
