What are the justifications for entire orgs like Torretta to be set to NVW? Wtf? Someone’s gotta bring this injustice to light man! This ain’t fair! We all know none of us actually need to be in an office, why did they get an exception?

Don't worry, they're going away in 2026. I know because I am one and they are not shy about letting us know what is coming. They can pay me to leave, no problem with that.

@OP there are thousands of NVW, all approved by VPs for all kind of reasons. 🙄
Look at the names in his org. Their focus is moving that work to India as fast as possible. Between that and him having his nose up Jason's rear, what do you expect. He is one of the biggest brown nosers in the Legg Org. What they can't cover with H1B's here they want to move to their center of excellence. At least that's what 'our director level told us.
It's all about who and/or what you know. Sorry not sorry if you are on the wrong side of that line.
