Offshoring makes sense for Q. No real innovation since CDMA, while paying +300K for staff+ engineers! When engineers abroad can do same job as locals(non innovative) while salary is 10th, makes sense to offshore! Nevertheless, companies who massively offshore will eventually fade(IBM, Intel, Cisco....).
